Spring has finally sprung! Hope you are all enjoying the warmer weather.

 

**Due to construction activity at the usual meeting location in the Brookfield Place Courtyard, the April session of IN THE LOOP will meet at the North Balcony overlooking the Winter Garden.

 

Directions from the Courtyard: head into the Winter Garden, take the north escalators up and make a right.

 

Patterns & Materials

We provide yarn, pattern and guidance; you bring the tools and skills.

 

In April, we will continue with single-skein projects:

 

 Easy Fingerless Gloves (Crochet)
Tools: H (5.0mm) crochet hook

 

Toast and Toasty Fingerless Gloves (Knit)

Tools: #7 (4.5mm) 16" circular needles OR #7 (4.5mm) 16" circular needles

 

Driver's Hat (Knit)

Tools: #7 (4.5mm) 16" circular needles

 

 

Charity Recipient

All 2013 IN THE LOOP projects will be donated to communities affected by Hurricane Sandy. Pieces completed in winter and spring will be donated to Staten Island residents through the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Learn more about the foundation's work at www.tunneltotowers.org.

Meeting Location Change!

Due to construction activity in the Brookfield Place Courtyard, IN THE LOOP will meet at the North Balcony overlooking the Winter Garden. (You may still enter the Brookfield Place complex via the Courtyard entrance.)

From the Winter Garden, make a right at the top of the North Escalators.
