Announcements
October brings two distinct projects from the lovely bunch at the Purl Bee: soft and squishy crocheted balls for the crocheters and warm, snuggly leg warmers for the knitters.

 

As always, please remember to bring back any past projects.

We provide yarn, pattern and guidance; you bring the tools and skills.



Crocheted Balls from the Purl Bee (Crochet)
Tools: D (3.25mm) crochet hook

 

 

Baby Leg Warmers from the Purl Bee (Knit)
Tools: US #5 (3.75mm) or US #6 (4.0mm) double pointed needles








Charity Recipient

All 2013 IN THE LOOP projects will be donated to Staten Island communities affected by Hurricane Sandy. Pieces completed in the summer and fall will be donated to the Richmond University Medical Center Auxiliary for their annual baby shower, to help replenish the items they distributed immediately following the storm.
